I would call this "the" butter cake for its taste as well as its looks.
In terms of the taste and texture, it is exactly what I have been looking for all these years in this buttercream desert.
I will have no regrets (well, maybe a bit...) even if I put on some weights and my cholesterol level rises for having enjoyed this heavenly treat.
