The Least Useful Guide to Fukuoka

Recently clothing worth around 340 thousand yen have been stolen from Uniqlo in Mark Is Momochi.  I personally wonder how they could steal that worth from Uniqlo, considering its price range. 

マークイズももちのユニクロで、34万円相当の服が盗まれたそうです。ユニクロでそれだけの価格分の服を盗むのは大変そうな気もしますが。

In fact, this is not the very first disaster for this shopping center and its nearby PayPay Dome. This area, called Jigyohama, has been suffered disturbing incidents unimaginably often. 

マークイズとその隣にあるペイペイドームがある地行浜地区では、これまでにも悲惨な事件があり得ないほど頻発しています。

The memory of the distressing murder case that took place a couple of years ago in the mall is still fresh. A young girl was stubbed to death in a toilet on the ground floor by a complete stranger to her.  

何年か前にマークイズで起きたひどい殺人事件はまだ記憶に新しいところです。この事件では、若いお嬢さんが1階トイレで、顔見知りでも何でもない男に刺殺されました。

Also, just a month or so ago, seven workers dissembling a stage set for a concert were hit and injured by a steel frame that fell onto them in the Dome. 

一カ月くらい前には、コンサートのセットを解体していた人たちの上に鉄骨が落下、7人がけがをしました。

Furthermore, a boy drowned at nearby beach this summer. Talking about the beach, unidentified bodies have relatively often been found floating offshore nearby. Incidentally, this very beach was where Swimming World Championships took place this summer.  

もっと言えば、今年の夏は男の子が近くの浜で溺死しました。その沖では、身元不明の遺体が割としょっちゅう見つかっています。ちなみに、この浜は今年の夏、世界水泳選手権の会場となりました。

Taking the premature demise of the shopping mall previously stood on the same site and a series of evil crimes having occurred in surrounding areas into account, I can't help thinking this site is cursed in some ways.  

マークイズ以前に同じ敷地にあったモールが短命だっとことや、この付近で凶悪事件が多数発生していることを考え合わせると、なんかここ呪われてない？と思ってしまいます。
