Gorgeous tail!
Feeling dizzy?

Today's Catch2010/08/03

My husband tried to catch a flatfish or two...

A variety of baby fishes

A blackfish

Some barracudas

Some sea breams

And two wrasses

Could I describe them as “too much for one, not enough for the other” or should I say it was just a poor catch?

Today's Catch2010/07/29

I'm tired of frying little fishes...

Various baby fishes

(sea breams, horse mackerels, wrasse… )

What did my husband try to catch today, by the way?

Today's Catch2010/07/23

4 day's supply...

A Japanese sea bass

A heap of baby horse mackerels

Although it’s tiresome to cook all these fishes, it’s nice to be able to skip my shopping trip to fishmongers in severe heat, which needs a desperate courage, for a while.

By the way, isn’t this sea bass too fat? At first glance, I thought this was a salmon.

May it rest in peace...

It seems to be the middle of its meal when it was caught…and it is going to be our meal…That's the food chain.

Today's Catch2010/07/17

slimy, but taste nice

4 wrasses (recognisable 2 and feel-pity 2)

1 midium-ish sized horse mackerel

Some baby horse mackerels

Then, as usual, what could I do with this diversity?

Tempura?

As usual...with a guest fish.

Look bigger from this angle ? Vanity...

Countless baby horse mackerels

They are going to be marinated in soy sauce, garlic and ginger overnight, and deep-fried to be our dinner tomorrow. Lots of calcium!
