This seems to be a "new normal" of chat shows. 

In order to get on underground train, wearing a mask is now compulsory. 

English version is available. I wonder whether people commuting to their workplace would read this rather wordy notice...

Meanwhile, in a park you are supposed to take care of followings:

Avoid the "Three-Cs":

1. Closed spaces with poor ventilation;

2. Crowded places with many people nearby and 

3. Close-contact settings such as close-range conversations.

No spitting

No coughing near others

When you breathe heavily, for example when you are jogging, keep enough distance from others. 

This poster in the park doesn't state who has made it. We can't even enquire. In theory, it may have been made by a local obachan using MS Word.

These rules may well be altered, changed or revised in few months without prior notice so that they make us even more confused. Currently so many "authorities", the central government, regional governments and their various departments, schools and public facilities and so on, are whipping up their own guidelines, rules, and "requests" to be followed that the harder you try to obey the rules, the more you get confused.
