The Least Useful Guide to Fukuoka

Everywhere on a local beach was posters and boards telling not to enter. 

Thanks to these, the walking path along the beach was relatively calm. But I doubt people hit the beach in groups even after the state of emergency was declared can stay at home. It might not be this particular beach, but AEON and other shopping malls are still partially operating...and school are still shut. I can picture what will happen next.
