The Least Useful Guide to Fukuoka

Maybe this has been around for a while, but it was just yesterday when I found this snack featuring local delicacies just yesterday while my routine patrol of a local Gooday.

Despite looking rather unappetizing,

this sweet and salty peanut snack covered with a crispy coat of a locally produced miso-based seasoning is highly addictive to me. I can’t wait another bite even while chewing it. 

This particular pack is seasoned with a miso produced in Nagasaki and there seem to be more varieties in the seasoning which came from all prefectures of Kyushu Island. Probably I will get all the varieties next time I go out for shopping at Gooday..and will have gained some kilos by the end of this "go-out-not" period (if survive it) .
