The Least Useful Guide to Fukuoka

I believe (at least they believe)they are clean and innocent, and understand people need to relax and have a right to relax particularly in this difficult time. 

But, I can't help feeling terrorised when I come across groups of teenagers fussing around and tourists (there are still such people here!) talking loudly in busses. They basically do not wear masks and do not seem to take any protective measures...

I think they have their own opinions on this situation, but to me, they look spreading something scary without realising what they are doing.

I hope they will not realise how fearful they look to certain kind of people and will not try to abuse their "outlawness", which would be a real "Fist of the North Star".  

State of emergency will be declared tomorrow. 

Today, the city centre was almost deserted. I felt department stores were much safer than my local AEON as there were fewer young people and panic shoppers terrorising each other. 

↓　Meanwhile, at the estuary of a local river, people were enjoying clamming, which might be a safer activity at the moment. 

↓Taxis declare they are taking measures against viruses-- on the rear windshield. I wonder to whom they are appealing?  A following car? The customer can't see this sticker anyway.
