The taste is light and refreshing with a slight milk flavour. You may say it boring.
I see your point. I would have thrown this away after the first lick if I were younger leading a "No Fat No Life" life. But now, for my aging taste, this low-fat ice cream tastes better and gentler than fat- and carolie-loaded "aggressive" varieties.
