Banana Bread 1.2 ― 2021/09/19

Ingredients:
Two eggs,
60gram cake flour,
40gram whole-wheat flour,
1/2 teaspoonful baking powder,
40gram sugar,
two small bananas and
40gram oil.
Baked at 170℃ for 40 minutes

The sweetness is OK. But I'd prefer coarser and flakier texture.
Notes for next time:
Try 100% whole wheat flour (coarsely ground)
White (unroasted) sesame oil worked fine.
