A Happy New Year ― 2021/01/01

New Year's feast 2021.
How long could we go without shopping? I reckon we should be fine with the leftover for several days, or longer in terms of protein and starches (and fat) .
Leftover Feast 1 ― 2021/01/02

Extremely lavish ramen with grilled prawn (absolutely delicious!) and vegetable stir fry with pulled pork.

Are these "new normal" in music shows in the corona era?

Showing empty hall, and

Giving a cheesy introduction to each song...Thank you for forcing us to be "moved" in a particular way. But I personally would like to interpret songs on my own way...

A Big Snow (by Fukuokan Standard) ― 2021/01/08

Snow of this level is quite unusual in this city.

However, as there were no runners or jogger and fewer cyclists, walking felt much easier this morning. In fact sometimes there was only me on the road. I felt as if I were the Queen of the frozen world.

The queen took a shelter in a bus (though I couldn't help opening the window for ventilation). Today's driver drove her bus very gentle and careful, taking stoppage time longer. There seemed to be no timetable for her to have to follow in this unusual situation.
And the bonus...

I found such cute footprints maybe left by a plover.
Living in Panic Film ― 2021/01/09
Having 1)an "overshoot" of the COVID19 infection (yesterday we saw 369 newly confirmed cases in this prefecture alone), 2) a huge cold wave (by our standard), 3) a useless mayor (as long as I know, he has not explained the current situation publicly (I do not count his "private" blog), or even appeared in public since 2021 started),

4) who does not stop an event called "Seijinsiki", gathering more than 7,000 young people, 5) even from Tokyo, the current epicentre of the outbreak in Japan, could be seen only in panic films...in the past.
Despite that we are now virtually living in a panic-film world, I could still can eat three times a day, stay in a warm room and grumble over this and that..at least today. A real dystopia came more quietly than it has been depicted in films.
