The other day, I had a properly served (with tea in teacup with saucer), “genuine” cream puff for the first time in almost a year.

It tasted heavy compared to “good-for-you”, or stingy, or “on a budget” sweets made from vegetable oil, whole-wheat or rice flour and brown sugar that I usually have at home or local shopping malls (with coffee in Styrofoam cup). The smell of animal products gave me a sense of decadent pleasure. Or a taste that you can be happier without knowing it.

 

However, I have no regret for having enjoyed it. I will go this café again.
