She is not extremely friedly, but at the same time she is not afraid of people. As a proof of her nonchalance, she sat directly on the ground (unlike cats around here), and didn't run away when I approached.
Probably she has been treated so nicely by her human adoptive parents, that she hasn't developped a sense that someone might tease her.
